I thrive seeing the transformation in people as they go from overwhelmed, stressed and stuck to living a life of “success” based on their own terms. For years I felt stuck too in my relationship, school, and career.
I went from almost flunking out of college, feeling trapped in an abusive relationship, and using alcohol to numb my pain to obtaining two masters in computer sciences, happily marrying my middle school crush, starting two businesses, and buying my dream home.
If I can turn my life around, I believe you can too!

How did I do this?
I realized that we only have one life to live, so why not go bold and create a life you love. Over time, I developed my own systems and tools to help me get “un-stuck.” These action-oriented yet simple strategies have helped me stay organized, focused, productive, and heal my emotional trauma.
I’ve refined these tools and packaged them up to share with those who are also feeling stuck. Together we will unlock your greatest personal and business potential!
